Ms. Sara J. Bachmann RN, BSN, CRRN is a Registered nurse with seven years of rich nursing experience in long term care, inpatient rehabilitation, and occupational health. Sara has had six wonderful years in inpatient rehabilitation at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York. She has served as a staff nurse before becoming an assistant nurse manager, leading the unit in patient and staff safety development. Sara has been active participant in medical surgical and hospital safety initiatives, targeting CLABSI and CAUTI reduction and interventions for staff injury reduction. She currently works in occupational health and inpatient rehabilitation at Strong Memorial Hospital. Passionate in patient and staff learning, Sara will complete her Masters in Nursing Education in May 2022. Sara can be found spending time with her husband John, two dogs and cat. Sara is an avid collector of antique teacups.
