Conflict Management in Healthcare
Unresolved conflict in healthcare settings can lead to lowered productivity, increased turnover, and diminished patient outcomes. Considering the challenging and stressful nature of healthcare work, healthcare settings have the potential for a great deal of recurring conflict.

In this course, you will:
- Understand why conflict happens and the results of various responses to conflict
- Identify causes of conflict in the workplace.
- Define conflict management styles.
