Maria Radwanski, MSN, RN, FARN, CRRN, CMGT-BC, NE-BC is a Master's prepared Rehabilitation Nurse with experience in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation hospital, clinics, and home health agencies. Since 2020, Maria has worked in an academic medical center providing case management managerial support for Care Transitions for patients encountered in primary care and specialty clinics, the emergency department, in observation and inpatient acute care hospitalization status. The Care Transition role has required ongoing interface with the rehabilitation continuum of care to meet the needs of patients. While time and the clinical setting may change, Maria proports the foundation of rehabilitation nursing informs the philosophy of care and approach to assessment and treatment of patients. She uses a cadre of skills to continuously build and inform her work as a rehab nurse and leader.
