Foundations Module 2.1: Quality and Safety
This course includes two recorded videos. You will need to review all of this course content, then receive a 70% or higher passing grade on a quiz, and lastly complete an evaluation to receive your certificate and complete this course. You will have access to this course for 1 year, starting on the purchase date.
This program provides guidance on a thorough assessment of patient-specific risk factors so effective prevention methods can be implemented. In addition, a comprehensive overview of the CMS Post-Acute Care Quality Measures will improve your understanding of these mandatory measures.

Kathy Clark, RN, MSN, CRRN
Kathy Clark is the Director of Quality, Performance Improvement & Compliance for the Roosevelt Warm Springs Rehabilitation & Specialty Hospitals. Her work interest include stroke rehab, nurse mentorship, quality patient care and healthcare regulatory trends. Kathy serves a patient advocate for acute rehab and long-term acute care patients. She has been actively involved with ARN on the local level holding board and officer position including president. Kathy has served on the National board of directors as a Director for two terms, and the Secretary-treasurer. She is committed to the advancement of rehabilitation nursing.
